Using BandBoost
BandBoost is a show promotion platform for bands and venues. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use BandBoost.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Content Ownership
You own your content. Your show listings, band profiles, venue profiles, fan lists, and uploaded images remain yours. BandBoost does not claim ownership of any content you create.
You grant BandBoost a license to display and distribute your content as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your show page to fans or sending announcements on your behalf.
Fan Lists
Fan lists collected through BandBoost belong to you. You can export them at any time. If you close your account, we'll give you the opportunity to export your data first.
You agree to use fan email addresses responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Every email sent through BandBoost includes an unsubscribe link.
Acceptable Use
Don't use BandBoost to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Impersonate other bands, venues, or people
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Interfere with the service or other users' experience
Service Availability
We aim to keep BandBoost running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to give notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
BandBoost is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things working, but we're not liable for lost data, missed shows, low turnout, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of BandBoost after changes constitutes acceptance.
